As a first time homebuyer he made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I knew little to nothing about what to look for. He made sure I understood everything he showed me, even broke it down to me. Highly recommend him!!!

After our homebuyer's inspection, the inspector went carefully over his findings verbally as well as in a thorough written report. He was well informed in standards, statutes and construction methods, and friendly but professional. I would definitely hire this company again without hesitation.

Mr. Wilson is by far the epitome of home inspectors. He was early, prompt, knowledgeable, and detailed. He genuinely wanted to give a credible, in depth inspection, and I am extremely grateful to have utilized his services. The best inspector I've ever encountered hands down!

Wesley is so knowledgable about what make a home run in tip top shape. He was thorough and even taught us a little about roofs, water heaters, and HVAC systems. The report he sends is labeled with photos and even organized by content! It was so easy to understand and read! I would highly recommend him! Plus, his price is reasonable for how detailed his work is!

Being 800 miles away I was concerned about an inspection for my new vacation property. Wesley at Delta Home Inspections made me feel like I was there the entire time. I highly recommend Delta Home Inspections. Affordable, and Wesley is very thorough with his inspections and does a good job at explaining the report and any questions you may have. Provides a lot more than other companies for the price!

Wesley was extremely detailed with the inspection and very knowledgeable. He also welcomed all the my questions and answered all of them. His website also had a time saving feature that allows you to select all the repair items from the inspection report that you need fixed and auto-generates a list to give the realtor. Very cool.

Wesley was very easy to deal with and very accommodating with my schedule. We were trying to get the inspection done in a tight deadline that included non-working days over the Christmas holiday period. He was prompt , courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Would happily recommend Delta Home Inspections!

Wayne performed a home inspection on a home in Daphne for myself and my wife a month and a half ago. The process from beginning to end was clear and concise. He was organized, detailed, up front, and took the time to answer all of my questions on the report. We got the homeowners to fix most of what was listed and ended up purchasing the house. Great experience. Thanks.

My experience with Wesley Wilson, owner of Delta Home Inspections, was way beyond 5 stars. Mr. Wilson was extremely reasonable with the price for what I consider above and beyond a typical home inspection. Mr. Wilson was very knowledgeable of all major and minor issues he discovered during his inspection that results in the highest safety and well being of my family in our new home. This is my sixth home purchase, and by far the BEST home inspection I have ever received. I highly recommend Delta Home Inspection! Thank you Mr. Wilson for a job well done!

Wesley's attention to detail is outstanding. He takes a lot of good quality photos and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend his services. He is very thorough and honest, not only informing of present problems but of potential future problems and how to correct them. You just can't beat the peace of mind you receive from having a good inspector like Wesley.

We have used Wesley and Delta Home Inspections twice now and both times came away with a comprehensive evaluation and inspection. The reports were detailed and easy to understand and when I asked questions, the response was informative. He included the smallest detail to those large items such as the HVAC systems and certainly helped us make a smart decision as to the purchase. Hopefully we don’t have any more house purchases in the foreseeable future but should the need arise, I wouldn’t hesitate to utilize Delta Home Inspections, LLC.

Mr. Wilson is a true professional. I have used his services twice. He is incredibly thorough and always on time for his appointments. He explains all faucets of the inspections in clear terms anyone can understand. He is very experienced in home construction as well and knows what to look for. I highly recommend his services before you sign on the dotted line for a home purchase!

Wesley was a professional from the beginning to finish. He took his time and thoroughly inspected the home and property. After his inspection, I felt comfortable moving forward with my purchase. Not only did we discuss his findings prior to his departure the day of the inspection, but he also took the time to discuss his entire report once available the following day. I highly recommend Delta Home Inspections and Wesley Wilson. I will plan to use him again in the future.
